Terms of Sales




The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations between: Akaze, whose trading name is DRYSHOES, whose head office is located at 26 Rue François Bordais 49450 Saint Macaire en Mauges, registered in the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number 445 245 806, intra-community VAT identification number FR 94 445 245 806, hereinafter referred to as "the seller" or "DRYSHOES" or "Us" and any natural or legal person purchasing via the website Dryshoes.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" or the "customer" or "You". Any condition not in accordance with our terms and conditions that you have formulated will be rejected unless we expressly and in writing have acknowledged the applicability.


Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. Photos, texts, information or features of products in the catalog are not contractual. If, despite all the precautions taken by our company errors occur, their liability will not be incurred in any case. Any operation occuring between DRYSHOES and the customer, not contested within six months may not give rise to any claim, except in case of warranty.
Our offers of products and prices are valid  as long as they are visible on the website www.dryshoes.com, within the limits of available stocks. However, if unavailability of products after placing your order, we will notify you either by mail or by phone. The seller is also entitled to assure replacement of the product ordered by a similar product at the same price, or wait until the stock will be supplied. In the absence of an acceptance of one of the aforementioned options, the order will be canceled. However, if the payment has already been received, the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.


Your order will be delivered to the address indicated in your order request. Please note that Dryshoes offers a single standard delivery service, which allows you to receive your parcel within 6 to 10 days. The transport price is calculated and updated according to the delivery method, the article and the place of delivery.For orders delivered outside the European Union, possible customs or import taxes may be due at the time of delivery. The client shall pay any additional customs clearance fees and the Comapny has no control over these taxes and cannot estimate them. Please contact your local cusoms office for further information and more accurate pricing . Delivery dates announced are average. These delays start when our logistics departement receive your order. Any order placed and settled before 9 am will be processed and shipped the same day. We inform you that cccording to the Chatel law, the deadline for delivery is 30 days after receipt of your payment.


The delivery will be made by our carriers, in the areas delivered by Dryshoes. Delivery is made by direct delivery to the consignee of the product announced, either case of absence, another person autorized by the customer. For availability reasons, an order can be delivered in many times to the customer. The customer pays for one delivery only. If the customer wishes to be delivered at two different places, he/she has to place two different orders, with the cost of delivery incurred from such operation. Are considered as case of force majeure releasing the seller from his delivery obligation: war, riots, fire domages, strikes, theft or loss by the carrier, bad weather, accidents, inability to obtain supply , all other natural disasters included, even if the preconditions of unavoidability and externality are not fulfilled.



The transfert of ownership of the goods to the customer will be made after complete payment by the latter. According to articles L. 621-122 et seq. of the Commercial Code, in the event of deferred payment, Dryshoes will retain the ownership of the goods until the reception of the due payment  within the framework of the conditions established by contract, even in case of collective proceedings taken against the customer.


In the case of a standard delivery, bulky packages will not be delivered to the floor but at least at the door step of a house or a building. The deadlines indicated on the site and in the general conditions of sale are average. Any delays in delivery will not be subject to interest nor to retention or cancellation of the order in progress. However, if the delivery deadline has not been respected, for any other reason than force majeure described in paragraph "Transport information", the sale may be cancelled, at the request of the customer and within 60 days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The seller will refund the customer  to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.The seller reserves the right to cancel any order if the shipment of goods is difficult to make. If you are not present at the address during delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox with the carrier's contact information, so you can contact him again and make an appointment. Delivery shall be considered made as of the date of the first delivery attempt  to the delivery address specified by the client in the order form. At the reception of your parcel, it is imperative to check before signing the delivery note if goods presented correspond to what is mentioned on the delivery note and to what has been ordered. The customer must check if the number of packages received corresponds to the number of packages indicated on the delivery note. If the package does not match the order criteria, the customer must refuse the goods. In this case, the seller will reship similar good a few days later. In case of missing parcel, you should mentioned the exact number of missing parcels on the carrier's delivery note.The package must be in good condition. If the parcel arrive damaged or defected, the customer must refuse it. This is the fastest way to get a new parcel as soon as possible. If the packaging seems to be damaged, but the product inside is in good condition and the customer wishes to keep it, he must indicate reservations on the delivery note before signing. You should then note specific reservations concerning the content of the package, e.g. "opened package, broken sack or damaged package".
Please note that the words "subject to unpacking" has no legal value as the state of the packaging: "package open " does not mean that your product inside is defective or that parts are missing inside. In the absence of precise reserves on the delivery note, the goods will be regarded as delivered in conformity and no complaint will be considered. In any case, we insist on the fact that it is possible to open the package in front of the deliveryman to check its content. Please do not hesitate to refuse the package if you consider that the parcel is deteriorated or if it looks suspicious. If you have found some anomalies in one of these two cases, it is imperative to mention it on the delivery note and send it within three working days by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier, and send a copy to AKAZE 26 Rue François Bordais 49450 Saint Macaire in Mauges, France. The same precautions apply in case of delivery by postal services. Only reservations mentioned on the delivery notice send by register letter can be used as proof in case of complaint. Please note that your complaint will not be admitted without aforementioned documents. The same precautions apply in case of delivery by postal services. All these steps will facilitate the rapid intervention of the seller, by an optimal handling of the file. In the case of the defective or non-confirm product, you should refuse it and give details of any anomalies on the delivery coupon. Otherwise, the seller can refuse to exchange or to refund you the products concerned.



All instructions for use should be read completely and the client is required to check whether delivered product works correctly. Some devices are supplied pre-assembled and should be put together with remaining parts. In order to avoid any errors, please read instruction carefully and follow each step in the assembly instruction. The deliveryman is under no obligation to install the equipment.




The customer has a period of 7 days (from the receipt of articles) to retract. In the case of a request for exchange or refund of a product price, the customer returns at its own expense the new item intact and in its original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use, documentation, invoice and completed return notice. Always contact us in advance by e-mail or by phone to obtain a number of a return note and the return address. Please be informed that any product returned without a return number will be systematically refused. If the product is sent incomplete or damaged, a below of its price will be enforced according to the diagnosis given by the service SAV. AKAZE will justify the enforcement of this below by giving a customer a document made out by its after-sales service. In the case of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company agrees to refund you, or to exchange products not corresponding to your order (defective or non-conforming). In the case of a refund request, the refund will be made, according to your initial payment, by transfer, check or credit card, as soon as possible after the diagnosis of our after-sales service.


You can find some important information on the contractual warranty on each product sheet presented in the catalog. In any case, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of eviction and hidden defect (Article 1625 and followings of the Civil Code). The warranty does not cover: replacement of consumable materials, failures of accessories, faults coming from the pieces which are not conformed with those recommended by the after-sales service of the brand of the item concerned. Please note that the guarantee will not cover any defects and their consequences resulting from: repairing made by repairer  not approved by the brand; non-compliance with the instructions for use; incorrect manipulation; lack of maintenance of the device; abnormal use of the product contrary of the use to which it was intended, and in particular use for professional or collective purposes (except pro and semi-pro range) and any other cause of exterior origin. This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The competent court in the event of litigation will be the Commercial Court of Grenoble, with the exception of individuals for whom the competent courts will be determined by the provisions of the Civil Code. This attribution of jurisdiction will also apply in case of multiple defendants or collateral.
